Excellent stay for a weekend. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Check‑in was easy and they allowed early entry. The location is perfect for train arrivals and very safe. There’s a paid parking lot in front that’s usually full, but the circulation is large. It’s worth waiting for a spot. Everything was very good.

The location relative to the train station was good; a short walk through the city brought us to St. Giovani station. Near the accommodation there were many restaurants and cafés, and groceries were close by. Breakfast was at a nearby café: one coffee and one pastry. The accommodation was a B‑B style. The room size was adequate but the view looked into the shower area. The view from the room faced an inner block that, late in the evening, gets cleaned of restaurant waste or has restaurant staff lingering and exchanging opinions.

It was okay, but I might as well buy it myself.

The place is well‑located and the host responded quickly. However, 1. There was no separation between the shower and living room; it felt odd to shower with the bed’s view, a curtain would have helped. 2. For check‑in and city tax, the host sent us to an external site where we entered credit card details; he later allowed us to leave the tax in cash in the room at checkout, but it still felt unsafe. 3. Breakfast was one croissant and a coffee, which was fine if you don’t need a full meal, but I’d have liked more. 4. The value for money felt low; for 400 € for two nights I expected more.

The location is very good, the facilities are great, and everything was perfect. It would be better to add a microwave, kettle, and coffee maker since it’s an Airbnb‑style place.
