“Good property worth the price”

The food was good, especially the dinner buffet. The chef was very accommodating and even offered to prepare dishes that weren’t available at the buffet, which was a nice touch. The à la carte restaurant could be improved. Since the hotel wasn’t very full during our stay, most of the service was fast and attentive. It sometimes felt like the hotel was getting ready to close. There was only one restaurant open, and instead of having the three restaurants they advertise, they simply rotated the menus from those restaurants in the same location. The person in charge of reservations was also not very polite or welcoming

“Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage, wenn man All Inclusive Resorts mag und nicht allzu viel Unterhaltung erwartet.”

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the common areas like the pool and restaurants are very clean, as is the room. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, with perfect English from the reception to the luggage carriers. We stayed in a Junior‑Suite with a balcony facing Nordstrand, but the balcony door doesn’t close fully, so from early morning we can hear the trucks hauling seaweed, and from the opposite hotel and the beach we can hear loud music. Personally, the food didn’t appeal to me; everything is heavily sweetened or sugared—like the fresh orange juice, the mashed potatoes, and the cocktails, which were unbearably sweet for my taste.

“Comfortable”

The view of the ocean and the pool were great, but the sea itself wasn’t clean.
