The rooftop bar and hot tubs were great, but the air‑con in the room wasn’t great.

The proximity to the train station is convenient, but the area is very dirty and noisy. The building is partially used by other companies and some apartments look abandoned and occupied by low‑income residents. It’s hard to see how the building has a license to operate. The electrical installations and construction are in a precarious state. The street noise is very loud and interferes with sleep.

The brunch‑style lunch was amazing: fruit, cheese, yogurt, eggs, tomatoes, sfogliatella, espresso, etc. The staff were very attentive and listening. The terrace was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the air‑conditioning was efficient and quiet. The elevator availability could be improved.

Nice beds, good and tasty breakfast, a nice view, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pictures make the place look better than it is, it’s on the top floor of a block with a very small lift, and there is no bar open on the roof terrace.
