Everything was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the view from the room was exceptional. The windows could use a bit more cleaning, but overall it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Incheon and Seoul. It’s a little far from the station, but that’s not a big deal; I’d suggest taking an Uber or taxi to the nearby station or Incheon Airport.

The hotel felt clean and the staff could speak Japanese; the area around it was surprisingly lively with a convenience store and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. I knew the station was far, but the bus took far longer than expected, so I had to take a taxi.

The room was spacious and located in a nice area, clearly designed for long stays where you can relax and work. The price was exceptionally good. We used it for a night before a flight from Incheon, and it was perfect—cheap and easy to get an Uber from outside. The kitchen area was a great feature. Nothing really stood out as bad. The bathroom was a bit cramped and there’s only a bedside table on one side of the bed, but those are minor issues.

The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was roomy, the cleaning was good, and the staff were helpful and attentive. It’s close to many restaurants in a livable area. We would have liked some tea and coffee sachets in the room as a welcome, and apart from water there was nothing else. Getting around requires a taxi or a car.
