The lodge sits in a beautiful, peaceful, picturesque spot and the accommodation was lovely. The hot tub was powerful, more so than most, and the outside area was well presented. Inside and outside the lodge everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed walking around the lodge, spotting deer, hares, and other wildlife. The hot tub’s strong jets made it a very tranquil spot, and the lack of light pollution let us see plenty of stars. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and there were plenty of kitchen facilities for cooking our own meals.
