“Never again”

Andrew was very nice, but there was no water for an entire day in the building and I had cold showers the whole time. Two staff members barged in, knocked on my door like crazy after I’d worked all night, just to inspect the room; I’m a 115‑lb single woman with PTSD and a history of domestic abuse, and that felt totally unacceptable, so I left.
