The location and the host’s quick response were positives. The kitchen was a separate cupboard outside the building; we had understood from the listing that it would be a private space or at least a shared area inside the house.

The accommodation matched every description, was clean and comfortable, and Ferrara was easily reachable. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place near the city. However, the lack of bath mats meant water splashed everywhere after showers, and the kettle in the room was broken, staying stuck in the on position.
