The room was spacious and spotless, but the spa was out of order and the bathroom didn’t have heat.

The staff were amazingly welcoming and friendly, and we were upgraded to a lovely room. Unfortunately, the spa was broken.

Nothing extra. The area is a mess, litter everywhere, and on the way to the ski slopes you feel like you’re driving onto a dump. I didn’t like the room – it was too small and had no wardrobe. The dinner options were unsatisfactory because what I wanted wasn’t available, so I had to take what was offered. For breakfast, the service isn’t self‑serve; I ordered a ham omelette, but the ham was exactly the one that was left from the previous evening because I didn’t eat it.

The location is fine and you can walk into the center, though the walk isn’t very pleasant. Breakfast was great and you could order whatever you wanted. The SPA area was closed even though it was listed in the description; we were disappointed because we had been freezing all day and the room temperature was only 17 °C.
