The staff were friendly and the welcome drink and sweets were enjoyable. Dinner was served in a private room and the food was delicious. The hot spring was unfortunately not usable.

The location was fantastic and every staff member I met was wonderful, but the smoking room was unbearably hot. Late at night the door to the corridor leading to the smoking area was shut, and when I tried to reach the other smoking room beside the large public bath the lights were off, leaving it pitch‑black. I also found insects inside the room.

The bath water had a pleasant, silky feel and the view from my room was spectacular; the drink and water service were both excellent. I was able to forget my usual hustle and unwind completely.

“最高の癒しでした”

The staff seemed exceptionally well‑trained, creating a homely, calm atmosphere. They arranged a bed‑type room for my mother who has mobility issues, and from that room she could see the Kakebuchi area where her family home stands, so she spent the whole time looking out and telling old stories. They even surprised us for her birthday, prepared a gift and celebrated, which made both of us cry with joy. It became an unforgettable day for us—thank you so much. The only thing missing was a box of tissues in the bathroom.
