The room climate was fine, the pool sat in a beautiful green setting, the staff were friendly, and the air‑conditioning worked fairly well. Breakfast, however, was a joke – cold scrambled eggs with either ham or mushrooms, coffee without milk or orange juice from a carton, and no closed trash bins in the bathroom where you had to toss used toilet paper. The lighting color in the room was off. Even though rooms were available, we had to wait until 15:00 to check‑in unless we paid 300 pesos for early access. There was no parking; we had to find a spot on the street.

The staff were very friendly, the beds and pillows were super comfy and everything looked spotless, but the bathroom door in the suite didn’t latch properly and the water pressure was really low.
