“Very disappointing stay”

We were very disappointed. Our four‑night stay was far below expectations. The parking area is very limited and cramped, making it hard to park comfortably. The room was cold with no heating, which was especially uncomfortable. The bathroom was in poor condition: the shower doors were missing, and the shower head was clogged, giving almost no water pressure. Housekeeping was a major problem; the room was cleaned only once during our stay, and even then it was not done properly. There was also an electrical outlet with the protective cover missing, which is concerning and should be fixed for guest safety. Overall, there were too many basic maintenance and cleanliness issues for a comfortable stay, so we would not recommend this hotel.

They were rude and refunded us. The offer was one thing, but you end up getting something completely different.

It’s located right by the bus stop. Unfortunately, it feels old‑fashioned and the sofa bed is absolutely broken; I almost collapsed on it and it was very uncomfortable. The extra corner had big stains, and there are no curtains on one window, so you can’t darken the room. Breakfast is also quite sparse. The staff were distracted and even rude.

“Lipsă de comunicare”

I was disappointed that we weren't checked in even though we arrived at 15:00 and the room was supposed to be ready at 14:00. They said they'd call us when it was ready, but they never did. When I came back at 18:00, I learned that the receptionist was ill and there was no one else in the hotel except a maid who, overwhelmed by the situation, left as well. Several families had been waiting for a while to be accommodated. No one answered the phone, so by 19:00 we had to find lodging elsewhere.
