The penthouse was very comfortable, the terrace offered an incredible view of the sea and mountains, and the jacuzzi was a real bonus. The kitchen could use a bit more equipment and dishes.
“Affordable, nice, decent location”
The staff were super friendly and helpful; parking beside the hotel costs €5 and the tourist tax is €5 per night. The location is comfortable, easy to find, and the breakfast is lovely. It’s a 10 min walk to the promenade or 25 min to the harbour. We didn’t use the pool or gym, but one was available. Nothing to say.

The location is great and the staff are friendly and attentive. The room cleaning was lacking – we were only in the room for 2 minutes and there was no tidying, no bed made and no floor mopping.
The rooms are very spacious with a large balcony. Breakfast was stocked with regional delicacies and very plentiful. The pool was perfect for a morning swim and the staff were very helpful in all matters. Sports options such as jet ski are available about 10 min from the beach. The promenade with countless restaurants and souvenir shops is nearby. A perfect holiday. The only tip for guests: the walk from the promenade or the beach to the hotel goes up a steep road about 10 min. If that is too strenuous, we found a good solution. In the evening we walked from the promenade toward the old town of Makarska and returned by taxi directly to the hotel. The cost was about €15 for the taxi.
