The location was very good and accessible near Kaduwela/Malabe, with private basement parking and a spacious room. However, the amenities were poor: no hot water, only two towels, bed linen with holes, a TV that wouldn’t turn on, and some lights that didn’t work. There was a gecko and a cockroach in the room, and on the door two holes above and below the lock that I only noticed in the morning when daylight leaked in. Staff were limited at night—just a casual helper.

I couldn’t stay there because the hotel never confirmed my reservation, so I couldn’t check in and was very disappointed with the service; they didn’t even give me a room.
