“Not the same stay as promised. Extremely disappointing due to NO facilities, bad odours, noise & etc”
Only location which is near by Mehrangarh Fort. 1. I was not provided with Tanu’s Home Stay as promised. Instead, I was given a different hotel at a different location. 2. There were no basic facilities available in the washroom (soap, towell, etc.) 3. No other facilities available as shown in website. 4. The room had old items stored on the head side of the bed, which were covered only by a curtain. Because of this, the room had a very unpleasant smell, and I was also concerned about the possibility of insects. 5. The room was not quiet at all. There was noise coming from the nearby rooms. 6. The price charged for the hotel room was very high as per the poor quality of the accommodation and facilities provided. I was very disappointed with the overall experience, as it did not meet the expected standards of cleanliness, comfort as promised during booking in website
