I didn’t get breakfast because it was only served the next morning, and when I entered my room I saw the bedsheet was stained; I asked the staff to replace it, but he pulled out the sheet and the mattress was also badly stained. I didn’t lie down, waited an hour or two unsure what to do, then went to reception and decided to check out. The ad is a big fraud; I paid about 2600 and got nothing for that.

The place was clean, but the bathroom lacked basic utilities: no paste or dental kit, no soap, and the shampoo and body lotion had no labels.

Breakfast offered only local food every day, so the variety could improve; the location was off the city but still good value for money. Yusuf was courteous, helpful, and supportive. The breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner buffets should include options for North Indian, Chinese, or Italian cuisine.
