“Very Unpleasant stay at the property”
Away from crowd and Room’s size is good. ⭐☆☆☆☆ — Extremely Disappointing Stay | Poor Maintenance & Missing Breakfast I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent stay and feel compelled to share an honest review to help future guests. While the room size was adequate, almost everything else fell far below acceptable standards: • Bath towel was torn and heavily faded — appeared to be decades old • Bed sheets were in terrible condition with visible red stains throughout, clearly not replaced or properly maintained • The toilet was visibly dirty and uncleaned • The wardrobe door was damaged and could not be opened at all • All table surfaces and the kettle were covered in dust, suggesting they had not been used or cleaned in a very long time • Only one coffee glass was provided for two guests The overall impression was that the room had received little to no maintenance or proper housekeeping attention. Most concerning, however, was the breakfast issue. My booking clearly included breakfast in the agreed rate. After completing payment, the property failed to honor this and did not provide breakfast during my stay. This is a serious discrepancy between what was advertised and what was actually delivered. I would strongly advise the management to urgently address the hygiene, maintenance, and guest amenity standards at this property. Future guests should be aware before booking
