A small oasis of wellness at the foot of the dunes, we were welcomed like family and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Our little girl was pampered by everyone. We also loved the outdoor spaces, especially the pool and the many little lounges scattered around for enjoying the outside in addition to the room. The meals and breakfasts were truly excellent, the best food of our entire stay. Clotaire was very friendly and helpful. We took the 4×4 excursion and the bivouac organized by the hotel, and we loved it! We recommend it without hesitation.

“Beautifull Ksar with nice owner and personnel”

The Ksar perched on the desert edge was gorgeous, and we received a complimentary upgrade to a room with air conditioning even though we had booked one without it; the room itself was very beautiful and cozy. Both breakfast and dinner were good. Afterward we headed to a desert camp with a transfer scheduled for 16:00 pm, and in the meantime we were allowed to use the pool facilities after checkout. Nothing else to add.
