The location is good, and the communication and service were fine. However, the room had dust under the bed and on the headboard, the bed made a lot of noise, and there was a strong odor that I think came from the bathroom.

The moment I entered my room, a strong smoke smell hit me. I messaged the host, but they ignored it. In the morning I had to complain again via message and phone call, yet they didn’t bother to inspect the room personally. I had to leave early and book another place, and only then did they conduct a “review” claiming there was no smoke smell. The management was completely dishonest. There are hundreds of better places to stay in Rome.

The hotel was solid in every way, definitely worth the price; it was clean, quiet, and offered good value, with staff who were very friendly. The only downside was the shower curtain was broken and would fall off easily, and the fridge temperature was a problem, barely cooling the water.

Being so close to the station was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The host was friendly. Everything was perfect.
