“Great location, but not at clean as it should have been”

The location for the property is great, right in the heart of Bourton on the water. The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the property wasn’t great, dusty, old hairs, looked like it hadn’t had a proper clean in a while. The towels smelt very musty. Milk that was in the fridge that could be used by anyone as there was no fridge in the room, was curdled and had gone off
