The spot is great and the staff amazing. It’s close to the city but far enough from noise. My wife, our 4‑month‑old, and I had a wonderful stay. The king‑size bed was so nice; we slept amazingly well. I’ll definitely return.

The rooms and the facility itself were very clean and well maintained. Same goes for their restaurant too. Little things. 1. The electric kettle's lid was not opening properly. 2. The remote to the TV wasn't working properly

I wasn’t impressed at all; problems started immediately. The room’s lock had a security issue: the code was known to all staff and couldn’t be changed. Room‑service food was the worst I’ve ever had—dirty dishes, uneven plates and cups, and poorly cooked food. Breakfast was below average, but dinner at the restaurant was okay. Please remove the code lock option to ensure guests feel safe.

“Horrible place to stay”

I did not like anything about the Property. It was the worst place I ever stayed in Kerala. I have stayed in all categories of hotel in the past but this one was the worst I’ve ever been to. It was a unhygienic mess. The only thing could about the property is its location, but I’m never gonna go there again. I’m not even sure why this is still listed on Booking. I had a very disappointing experience from start to finish during our two-night stay. We were a large group travelling from different parts of the world and arrived for a late check-in. Despite informing the hotel in advance, we were made to wait for over an hour to receive our rooms. The room conditions were unacceptable. The linen was untidy, and after the first night, I developed skin rashes, which forced me to request a change of sheets. Upon closer inspection, I noticed vomit-like stains on the underside of the blanket. The towels were equally unhygienic, despite requesting replacements, we were given dirty towels again. This raises serious concerns about their laundry standards. The breakfast quality was below average, and unfortunately, two members of our group experienced stomach issues after eating at the restaurant. Another example of the poor hygiene standards was with the room service. The dishes the food was served on were not clean, one plate had visible fungus, and another had soiled stains. It was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant, and we had no choice but to discard the food. The lack of flexibility during checkout was frustrating. Although check-out time was 11 AM, we requested a short extension of just 30 minutes, which was denied. This felt unreasonable, especially considering the significant delay we faced during check-in. The most alarming issue, however, was room security. One of the rooms assigned to us could be accessed with a generic numeric key, and at one point, my husband was able to simply push the door open without using the keypad at all. This posed a serious safety risk, forcing me to carry all my valuables with me at all times. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant and concerning stay, and I would not recommend this property

“A beginner can always improve .”

Ambience good. No tissue paper kept in the room Complimentary breakfast not upto the mark Restaurant bills are not getting signed when the food is delivered in the room. One more chair should be placed in the room. It took 45 minutes to serve 2 Fruit Salad in our room
