The location, view, staff, and Lucy 😸 were all fantastic.
The location is great and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, but the bed in our room was very old with one side of the mattress completely sagged; everything else was just right, so I won’t complain too much.
The place is close to the metro and near all the tourist spots like Galata Tower and the Egyptian Bazaar in the Feteh area, and the hotel manager was very courteous.
The view from the room was spectacular and the room itself felt very chic and spotless.
