Nothing positive. I was treated unfairly; my room wasn’t cleaned properly during a week‑long stay, the carpet was dirty, and the shower was clogged.

The location by River Walk and the view from our 14th‑floor room overlooking Reno were great. Our room was on the perfect side of the hotel. Everything else was fine.
