This was a bogus booking site. It was so well framed that after I booked I got a message from what looked like OYOwebsite asking for 50% payment and only then booking will be confirmed. Thankfully I decided not to pay and next day when I reached the hotel physically and contacted them they said this is a fake booking. The pictures they show are of Pagoda Resorts and there is nothing called as Palette Pagoda Resorts in Alleppey. So please save your money and time and don't suffer like my family did. please do something about such fake hotels in Aleppey. I encountered 2 fraud hotels in same day. This is not expected out of
