All staff were kind, the facilities were clean, and it’s close to the city center, which is very convenient. In the morning I could see a balloon from the terrace! No complaints.

We had a truly enjoyable time! We were especially impressed by the location and the friendly staff. They helped us organize various tours, including a balloon ride, at reasonable prices. Breakfast was outstanding! Excellent value for money!

The breakfast was excellent, a highlight of the property with local cuisine and a wide selection. The staff were very kind and helpful, offering assistance in arranging excursions with local agencies at good prices, definitely cheaper than online apps. Overall, the value for money is great and I’d repeat the experience. Because the property is in a “cave,” unfortunately small insects can get in, as happened to us once. Also in our room’s bathroom, the shower is not separated by glass but is open, which I didn’t realize from the photos (there may be other rooms with a separate shower). For many travelers this may not be an issue, but it made the bathroom always very damp and wet on the floor.
