Friendly staff, close to main transport links and reachable by train or boat, and they actually provide hot water instead of just a portable heater. No complaints at all, and for the price you can’t find a better deal.

“Not so bad, if you want to save money.”

The place is budget‑friendly for an extended stay and the rooms are roomy. But once you leave the hotel, the wet market’s smell hits you, and the facilities and equipment need an upgrade; a full renovation is really required.

“Decent but not a 5 star hotel”

On the plus side, the breakfast here is a real highlight - it's different every day and is always delicious. The suite we stayed in was massive, and the beds were super comfy. The housekeeping team was also top-notch, sorting out travel cots for our kids with no fuss. And while the location might take some getting used to, it's actually really convenient, especially with the shopping mall and nearby shops just a short walk away.

I liked that it was just one night. The location was shocking, the room was tiny, dirty, and very old—more like a hostel than a hotel.
