“Magico soggiorno in un luogo ... da gnomi e folletti.”

An ancient building well restored. The location is fantastic, overlooking the woods with an open view of the valley. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is excellent, with two kinds of fresh bread, jams, brie, and two homemade cakes. Stefanie, the host, is pleasant. Nothing else.

Very nice hostess. All local shops were open, no problem. The hostess cooked a wonderful dinner for me – thank you! Nothing else!

Because the property was remote and only reachable by car for dinner, a shared dinner was offered on site, which I found very good!

“Une belle étape dans un village magnifique.”

We stayed in a cozy, spotless room with a lovely view of the spruce forest from the windows, and the host was incredibly friendly and chatty, making us feel like friends from the start. Dining with Stephanie and Didier was a delicious and convivial experience, and we’re grateful for that. The only drawback was the steep climb up the mountain side to reach the guesthouse, since the parking is at the bottom of the village; it would have helped to be warned and perhaps drop off luggage by car before heading down to the parking. Still, the scenery is worth it.
