“Beautiful hotel and great location”

I loved the property, especially the pool! It’s great for kids, and the balcony view was amazing. My only complaint is that we were told an extra bed was available, but it turned out to cost $50 per night, which made the stay much more expensive than planned. Other than that, it was incredible. I just wish the pricing had been clearer.

“Great stay in Hoi An close to the old city”

Everything at the hotel was excellent – the stunning modern room, the river view, the cool rooftop pool, and the perfect spot near Hoi An’s old city. We ate most of our dinners at the hotel restaurant, and both the food and service were superb! When my partner fell ill during our stay, we spent a lot of time in the room, which was very comfortable, and the hotel staff were very helpful with everything we needed. I want to highlight Trinh, one of the staff members, who was exceptionally nice, chatty, and friendly at the rooftop bar.

I was very satisfied – the staff, facilities, and food were all excellent 👍 but due to Vietnam’s climate and building materials, the soundproofing is poor.

“Perfect Walking location and service is next level nice 💕”

Everything was perfect. This was my eighth visit to Hoi An and the second time at Hotel Royal. I would never stay anywhere else. There is nothing I don’t like.
