I stayed at a relatively small, family‑run resort managed in Germany, and it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The upper floor was very quiet and offered a beautiful sea view. Service across the board was excellent, with a friendly vibe and helpful staff. The breakfast and restaurant were very good, so I definitely recommend this place! No complaints.

The price‑performance ratio is high, but I later discovered that most of the cash in my wallet vanished – about 1 740 THB disappeared. I clearly remember having a 1 000 THB note, a 500 THB note (purple, freshly exchanged yesterday) and two 20 THB notes (blue, useless on Koh Tao), yet after the loss only a 100 THB note remained. I rarely use cash and my three‑day trip meant I could track every expense, especially that purple 500 THB and the blue 20 THB bills, so the theft was a shock; I’m a student and budget every purchase, so I’m grateful the thief didn’t take everything. I don’t write reviews often, but this was my first time having cash stolen, and the bathroom also suffered from very low water pressure that barely produced any flow.
