Very convenient location, clean and very polite staff; on my next trip I would stay there again.

The staff were friendly, the location was fairly good, and the restaurant wasn’t too expensive. However, there was no elevator, the rooms had old furniture and were poorly cleaned, with beds, mattresses, etc. lying in the corridors, and insects in the room. The high rating and high price do not match the actual quality.

The bed was terribly bad, giving me back pain. The staff disappointed because we were playing pool with two of us and the front‑desk employee, instead of giving us privacy, just stayed with us and it felt uncomfortable, as if we were being monitored. The restaurant was awful; we ate poorly, the waiter was rude, slow, and untidy. The place was full of stray cats that walked on the tables and even came onto the table when food was served. As an animal lover, I tried to give a piece of meat to one cat, but it grabbed me, leaving two puncture wounds on my thumb and index finger, and I had to get a tetanus shot because of the cats. The whole experience there was really not okay, and I don’t understand how they can have a high rating. Not recommended.
