During my stay, I was asked to pay in cash, which I found strange, as I wanted to pay with my card. I was told that there was a surcharge, which I found to be unacceptable, as this is not allowed in my country.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making it easy to navigate the area. The location was perfect for exploring Antigua Guatemala, and the price was very reasonable considering the amenities and facilities. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with private bathrooms that had hot water. I'll definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a fantastic location, which was one of the highlights of my trip. However, my experience was somewhat marred by a few issues in my room. The humidity levels were quite high, making it uncomfortable to stay in the space. Additionally, the shower didn't work properly with hot water, which was a major inconvenience. Furthermore, the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked, which was a bit of a letdown.

“Fue una gran experiencia, no me arrepiento de nada de mi elección!”

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service and comfort it offered. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, which was a great surprise. Having a café on site was a wonderful bonus, and the coffee was absolutely delicious. However, I did notice a few minor issues with the cleanliness, but overall, my experience was very positive.

“No vale la pena, no vayan”

The location of this hotel was convenient, and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. The room I stayed in was absolutely horrible, with a dirty and poorly maintained appearance. It was also very dark and small, with no space to put anything. The overall experience was a letdown.
