“Pathetic Hotel. Not fit for Humans”

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and I must say, the rooms were in a deplorable condition. Despite this, the hotel staff did their best to make our stay comfortable, but the subpar condition of the rooms was a major letdown.

“Looks can be deceiving”

While the hotel's central location was a major plus, offering easy access to various parts of town and proximity to Chennai Central Station, the room itself was a letdown. The sheets and pillows looked unhygienic, the room was too small, and the beds creaked with every move. The AC duct in the bathroom leaked, and there was no outlet for the sink.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not up to par, and I didn't experience anything exceptional. However, I did notice that the hotel could improve in various areas, but I'm not sure what those areas are.

My stay was somewhat marred by the hotel's inconspicuous signage, making it challenging to locate the premises. Although the room boy was friendly and courteous, the room itself was smaller than I had anticipated, and the bed sheets were initially not clean. However, the staff did promptly replace them upon my request. Unfortunately, the pillows and blankets were not cleaned, and the overall room did not match the online images I had seen.
