Everything was terrible: the room wasn’t ready until after 4, the housekeeper threw away my food, the beds were awful, the hotel wasn’t clean, and the lobby, hallways, and elevator were hot.

There was no air conditioning, the rooms were nasty, the beds had pee stains, and the battery on our door died, locking us out for two hours.
