The staff tried to help with limited resources; the AC was strong. The room lacked basic items like a kettle, cups, or shampoo, and when we asked for room towels, nobody responded. Breakfast was awful—both the Eastern and farm options were worse than the other. We found a cock on the bed, and a huge insect had also entered the room.

The property blends into the greenery, with distinctive rooms and well‑arranged common areas. The pool is small but tidy. Staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests’ needs. The few disappointments were largely offset by the staff’s effort to make the short stay more than comfortable.

The facility is clean, surrounded by greenery, and very typical with the classic cross‑shaped ceilings of Fayoum. The garden is well maintained. I’ve been here before and would gladly return. The staff are very slow, don’t understand English, and often make mistakes with orders.

The location is excellent, the design is comfortable and stylish, and the staff are cooperative. The food is very good. There’s nothing else to add; the place is very special and I hope to go again.
