The location is great—just step down and you’re in front of the Ariston Theatre. The room was clean. The mattress was too uncomfortable; my boyfriend and I had back problems and would have preferred a different one. Aside from that, I’m satisfied, though there are still a few areas that could be improved.

Cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The only complaint is that there was little shower gel available.
