“I trusted Booking.Com to give me a fair evaluation of where we stay. You failed!”
The room was fairly clean. I emailed the Inn about our dog and wasn’t told about the surcharge until I arrived—$30 a day, $60 total. The booking claimed breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. The coffee pot in the room made one cup on the first day and none after; the packet was old and had no coffee on day two. Cigarette burns were on the floor and bedspread. The bathtub wouldn’t drain, taking two hours to empty, and I had to stand in dirty shower water to get clean. They advertised a hot breakfast, but there was none. I’ll never use Booking again.
