The staff understood that we wanted to leave the first apartment because of the odor and handled it smoothly; thanks again for that. We cannot understand how a moldy ground‑floor apartment is rented to paying guests at all; the smell is unbearable and the cleanliness is questionable.

The holiday home was very nicely furnished, had everything you need, and was very spacious. The bed linens should be replaced.

The location is great, the houses are very nice, and there’s a pool—what more could you want? The reception is especially friendly. However, the corners of the rooms could have been cleaned better, and you can see wear on the doors and furniture; but it’s not a five‑star property.

We could reach everything super easily by bike, and the pool and indoor play area were great. It urgently needs modernization, and the beds were very saggy.

We had a lovely stay with our little granddaughter, and the fairy‑tale forest up to the Rapunzel tower was beautiful. The bathroom/shower and curtain could have been cleaner; there were quite a few mold spores.
