Breakfast was good. My room could have been cleaned while I was out.

The cleanliness was good. Stink bugs were everywhere in the room and I woke up to find them in bed with us.

“Overall I would stay again but if you need ADA access for room probably should call and request prio to arrival”

The spot is great for walking and hopping on the trolley to see Gatlinburg, and we even spotted Black Bears right in the parking lot! I wish the pool stayed open longer; it only opens at midnight, which is confusing. The photos on Booking don’t match all room types, and many king suites have a full flight of steps to reach the bed, which should be mentioned in the description.
