★★★★★ Best experience with my family in Makkah! We had an amazing stay at this hotel with my family. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes to Al-Haram and there are so many shops and restaurants around, very convenient. The hotel also has an onsite restaurant which was excellent. We were travelling with small kids and the housekeeping team was outstanding - they looked after us so well and helped us with everything we needed. Very clean, very helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel for families. Will definitely stay again InshaAllah. Closer to Haram Clean and tidy Excellent service

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The staff were very helpful, and there is a bus that transports worshippers roughly every half hour. The crowds at the elevators before and after prayers are heavy, and the bus stops in an area that isn’t adjacent to the Haram, so you have to walk about 5‑10 minutes to reach the King Abdullah Extension.
