“Great budget option in Revelstoke”

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet enough to sleep without train noise; the included breakfast had several options, and the room wasn’t too crowded. It’s a solid budget choice in Revelstoke. The shower water wasn’t very hot, and before the quiet time at 10 pm, you could hear people in neighboring rooms quite loudly.

The place was exceptionally clean and the service amazing; I would definitely return if I’m ever in the area.

“Clean, nice rooms, great staff but No hot tub and substandard breakfast”

The hotel was tidy, the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, the staff were extremely friendly and met our needs, and the Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable. The real problem was the false advertising of the rooftop hot tub—like many hotels, it was always under maintenance. Breakfast offered little variety and was low‑quality, cheap fare; I didn’t expect much from a hotel breakfast, but this fell short. The TV required a personal Netflix login, which was useless for us, and a regular TV would have been preferable.

Very much enjoyed our stay here, loved the location even with the trains passing by as long as the windows are closed you really dont here them much. Lovely little place. Couple of downfalls, theres no shelf/counter space in the bathroom to be able to put stuff only room for toothbrush/toothpaste. No hook in the bathroom to hold towel while in shower, with that being said my room had 2 guest for 4 days of stay would have been nice to have more then just 2 towels in the room especially as females with hair

“Ok budget accommodation but skip breakfast”

The bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The door didn’t seal properly, the breakfast room was too small, and the food selection was not great.
