Customer service was terrible, unhelpful, unprofessional, the front desk never smiled, felt unwelcoming, and assumed we were staying for free; the rooms were smelly, basic with poor ventilation, the AC barely cooled; overall the management and services were poor, I will never return or recommend it.

Close to the Muslim food area, but the air conditioner in room 104 needs repair or replacement because it is noisy.

It was a night where I didn’t overthink, so it should be fine for sleeping; the check‑in and check‑out were easy, but there was no fridge.

The location was convenient, within walking distance to food and convenience stores, and the room was clean; even though it faced the main road, it wasn’t noisy. However, the hotel didn’t provide basics like water, coffee, or tea sachets, and it’s a little pricey for its class, so I wouldn’t say it offers great value.
