“Não recomendo, procure outro lugar.”
It was close to the spot you need to be at the next day. The house had a lot of leaks and a terrible smell in the kitchen. It was raining hard and there was no way to unload luggage because the house is at the back and they don’t allow parking in the garage.

The place itself is solid – safe, spot‑on location and the host was friendly, polite and quick to help, which made the stay pleasant. Unfortunately the cleaning left a lot to be desired; there was a strong cat odor, the bathroom was grimy and several rooms needed a more thorough wipe‑down. The sheets were fine but the bed showed wear, so I think the hygiene and upkeep need serious improvement before I’d recommend it.

The stay took place in a house at the back, the rooms and bathroom were fully private, and there were utensils and appliances available. The shower was good and warm. The bathroom was cramped, only one person could fit at a time to shower. The house had signs of termites in the wooden frames, one room had poor ventilation, and there were various odors.
