The rooms are beautiful, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed. There is a small kitchenette and a large deck offering a Mountain View. The breakfast is excellent and parking is good. I liked everything.

Nothing good. The towel smelled bad and was dirty, and they didn’t have a mattress or toothpaste.

The staff were friendly and courteous, everything was great except a small issue: the room curtain let light in; a darker shade would be ideal for those who dislike light while resting.

The location was perfect, with a grocery shop right next to it, restaurants and the funicular/fun Bob within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, the laundry service was very useful, and the staff were very nice. We got a bit confused with the app that opens everything, but eventually we figured it out. The towels were a bit old. On the day we arrived, the baby cot and extra bed were not ready; luckily we arrived early enough to sort everything out, but they were supposed to be prepared in advance according to our order.
