Walking to every corner of the old town was a breeze, and the hotel was easy to locate. The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. No issues to report.
“Did not live up to our expectations!”
The location was nicely positioned in Old Town. We paid extra for a balcony, but it was a joke—the “city view” was just the wall of the next building. We couldn’t sit out or even open the door freely with the table and chairs. The bathroom floor flooded every time we showered. The pillows were so soft they felt like no pillow at all, which was terrible. We had to climb 49 stairs to reach our room.
It was in an amazing location, but there were a lot of stairs to get to the room.

The spot was amazing—right next to the stratum and you don’t have to climb any stairs to get in. The room was tidy and appealing, but there was no elevator, a few minor maintenance glitches, it felt a bit cramped, and the kitchenette was under‑equipped.
The hotel sits in the old town and you don’t have to climb many steps. The reception team went out of their way to help us carry our luggage up the stairs. The room was comfortable with clean amenities. Breakfast was delivered to our room on time, and the omelette we received was delicious. The only downside was that the pillows were quite flat; I requested two extras and they seemed to forget, leaving me with a stiff neck in the morning.
