We loved how cute the house was, the bed was so comfy and the windows and view with the neighbouring cows was awesome! Close proximity to two main towns and beach which was convenient and a great location. Overall super cute and cosy, well decorated. While the idea of a composting toilet is great, this one was not practical or hygienic, and hard to keep clean. The enzyme spray was broken and so was the air freshener. Additionally, the toilet was very full and a bit dirty when we arrived. The heater/aircon also didn’t work, and neither did the wifi on the TV. It would’ve been nice as well prior to know the exact kitchen facilities that were available, as we were unable to cook our food properly with the utensils and appliances provided, and opted for takeout instead, which was not ideal considering it was late when we got there

I can't say much good about this stay and would not recommend it. Sand was in the bed when we first arrived, and after trying to contact the staff, we received no response or resolution throughout our stay. There is no door on the toilet or shower, which isn’t a problem if it’s a standard toilet, but this one uses a compostable toilet that wasn’t disclosed. The oven is not even an oven – it’s so small you can’t cook anything in it. The whole bed is covered in pillows to the point that you can’t properly lie on it, and there’s nowhere to put them. There’s also another tiny home right next to this one – not even 10 meters away.

It was a beautiful place to stay. The surrounding farmland offered a stunning landscape to wake up to on a rainy, wintry morning. Everything about our stay was incredibly comfortable, including a super comfy bed. It was a bit hard to find because the address wasn’t fully clear on the fence post as we were pulling in. There was no door or curtain separating the toilet from the rest of the living space, so a bit more privacy would have been nice.

“Amazing stay”

The location was great, and I absolutely loved waking up to the farm and then having the beach right behind the back door. The ponies were the cutest, and the setup was beautiful. We had an amazing time under the stars and in front of the fire.
