The pool was huge, heated, and the mountain view was fantastic; breakfast was good, coffee tasty, and the rooms were very clean with friendly staff and a smooth check‑in. Parking was free, the bathroom large, and the beds comfortable. However, there were too many flies, the smell from the nearby cow barn was strong, we sometimes couldn’t sit on the balcony, the room offered almost no seating, and the breakfast could have been more varied.

The property sits at the end of the Santo Stefano di Sebato village; the area is very quiet, ideal for relaxing after hikes, whether on the balcony or in the pool. The room is quite spacious and bright. Breakfast offers both sweet and savory items, and the food is good. There’s also a lounge with ping‑pong, foosball, and billiards for leisure. Unfortunately, there’s no elevator and no fridge in the room. Behind the hotel is a farm, so the area is full of flies and the windows lack screens, meaning you have to keep windows or blinds closed almost all the time. The staff, except in the mornings, isn’t always present on the premises.
