Location, facilities, and the onsen were flawless. Parking was easy and good. I think the high rating comes from the spacious private rooms; the width was generous and comfortable. Hospitality was attentive. I did wish there were a fridge and microwave.

The room lighting needs softer, indirect lights to create a comfortable atmosphere for guests sensitive to light.

The common areas and Japanese rooms were clean and very good. The large bath was relaxing and felt great.
