The building’s location was very convenient, and we used the washing machine; even though there was no dryer, the bathroom’s air‑recirculation system dried everything in less than a day without a damp smell on the clothes. The room was clean, the single beds were comfortable, the pillows were good, and we could change towels every day.

Overall, the place felt clean. The bathroom wall had a bit of mold left on it.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were extremely functional, exactly the kind of base we needed to explore Kyoto. We had a health issue that disrupted our stay, but the staff were supportive and helpful. No complaints.

The staff were very friendly. The room was perfectly functional with a small kitchen and a washing machine. They helped us store our luggage several hours after check‑out. They do not offer luggage transfer to another hotel; however, they told us that a nearby place could do it.

The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet. It had a fridge and a washing machine (no dryer) which was very convenient. The location was close to a train station, but it is not connected to Kyoto station. The location is at least 30 minutes away from any attraction.
