The location was good, but no one mentioned that you have to park on the street and pay extra for parking; the website claimed parking was available, which isn’t true. The rooms are very old, and the bathroom wall comes off in big chunks.

The room felt spacious for a 6‑bed layout, yet it got a little chilly at night.

The host was lovely and helpful, and the mini fridge that arrived on request was a nice touch; the location is ideal, just a short ride to attractions; the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the self‑service amenities and huge Smart TV made the stay overall great, but parking was difficult, especially on a busy weekend, so it might be better at other times.

The room was clean and bright. The owner and family gave a very warm welcome and were lovely. A very pleasant young boy was also really helpful. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the front but close enough to walk, right between South and Central Pier. The room was clean, a good size, with a kettle and tea/coffee facilities, and there was an extra downstairs if needed.

The staff were very friendly and everything was provided: towels, tea, coffee, etc. The WiFi kept dropping or disconnecting.
