“HORRIBLE PLACE DONT STAY HERE.”

Absolutely nothing. The reviews on booking .com seemed pretty good but after we got there it was horrible. When we 1st entered our room totally smelled like Marijuana. Mosquitoes in our room they would not give us another room offered to give us a bug sapper in our room. Customer service is horrible. We got a refund checked out same day and found another hotel. DONT STAY HERE. They need to really clean up this place and do some renovation. There was like four other people coming in to the office to get a refund

The room was spotless and the bed linens were white and tidy. No complaints.

The beds were very comfortable and we were able to change rooms. When I checked in, the wheelchair access notes were ignored and we were told to look elsewhere; a staff member then found a downstairs room. Inside, there was no hand soap or body wash, so I asked at front desk and they promised a service person would bring them. After waiting two hours, no one came; when I returned to front desk, a different staff member delivered the items within five minutes.

“Not the best”

Honestly just horrible . I just wasn’t comfortable and even after explaining it . They just didn’t care . I went to a much more comfortable hotel and my needs were met at a different location
