The view from the room was amazing – you could see the whole valley from every angle. The place was clean and the staff were friendly.
The accommodation looked nice, had a little kitchen, and the lake view was great. Parking was a plus. But there was no front desk, so we had to figure out the key code ourselves. The room number was wrong and we couldn't get the lock code. Luckily we ran into the owner, who called us, gave us the right room, the key for the wardrobe, and made sure everything was okay. We were thinking of just sleeping in the car.
We arrived to find no reservation under our name, even though they'd already taken our money three days earlier. We spent the whole evening hunting for another place, and it ended up costing us a lot more. I never expected this kind of hassle.
